Dwayne joined AEGIS in May 2023 as Senior Machinery Loss Control Professional in the Loss Control Division. Prior to AEGIS, Dwayne worked at NextEra Energy as Plant Manager, at Gulf Power as O&M Manager and Operations Manager, and at Georgia Power as Operations Manager. Dwayne earned a Bachelor of Science from Shorter College.
Stephen joined AEGIS in April 2023 as Senior Underwriter in the Underwriting Division. Prior to AEGIS, Steve worked at NEIL as Senior Property Underwriter (Renewables) and as Senior Risk Control Engineer and at Duke Energy as a Nuclear Plant Operator. Steve earned a BS degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University and an MBA from West Chester University. In addition, Steve holds the Associates in Risk Management Certification.
