In June 2025, A.M. Best upgraded AEGIS’s Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating from A (Excellent) to A+ (Excellent) and revised our outlook from Stable to Positive — reflecting our strong financial position and continued commitment to our Members.

S&P Global affirmed its rating of A with a Stable Outlook for AEGIS in July 2025. 

Fitch Ratings affirmed Associated Electric & Gas Insurance Service, Ltd.'s (AEGIS) Insurer Financial Strength rating at A (Strong) with a Stable Outook in May 2025.
