Route 3 West
Follow Route 3 West past American Dream and MetLife Stadium to the  MetLife Stadium/Service Road/Metropolitan Center exit. This exit comes right after the NJ Turnpike entrance. This exit leads to the Service Road that loops around under the Route 3 overpass. Continue to follow this road and take the second right, after the NJ Turnpike exit, to the complex for 1 Meadowlands Plaza, located next to the Hilton hotel.

Route 3 East
Follow Route 3 East toward New York City. After crossing the Berry’s Creek Bridge, stay in the far right lane for the Route 120N (Sports Complex) exit, and take the first turn to the Service Road/Metropolitan Center exit. MetLife Stadium is on the left. Follow exit bearing to the left (Route 120) and take the second right, after the NJ Turnpike exit, to the complex for 1 Meadowlands Plaza, located next to the Hilton hotel.

Route 17 South
Take Route 17 South to Route 3 East, and follow directions for Route 3 East.

Garden State Parkway
Take GSP from the North or South to Route 3 East, Exit 153, and follow directions for Route 3 East.

New Jersey Turnpike
Take the NJ Turnpike from the North or South to Exit 16W. Stay to the right of the toll plaza, following signs for the Service Road (eastbound) Route 3 East. The entrance to the complex will be the first right.

Route 46
Take Route 46 East to the merge of Route 3 East. Follow directions for Route 3 East.

Route 80
Take Route 80 to the Parkway South or Route 17 South and follow signs for Route 3 East. Follow directions for Route 3 East.

New York via Lincoln Tunnel
Follow directions for Route 3 West.

George Washington Bridge
Take I-95 South (NJ Turnpike) to Exit 16W. Stay to the right of the toll plaza, following signs for the Service Road, Route 3 East. The entrance to the complex will be the first right.
