In March 2024, AEGIS upgraded its sign-in. If you haven't signed in since then, we recommend all users clear their cookies to ensure system functionality.
Click the plus sign to expand instructions for clearing cookies in major browsers and platforms.
1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. Click on the Settings and more (ellipsis) button in the top-right corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. Go to Privacy, search and services.
5. Under Clear browsing data, choose “Choose what to clear”.
6. Choose a time range (e.g., “All time”).
7. Select Cookies and other site data.
8. Click Clear now.
1. Open Chrome.
2. Click the three-dot icon at the top right.
3. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
4. Choose a time range (e.g., “All time”).
5. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
6. Click Clear data.
1. Open Firefox.
2. Click the menu button (three lines) and select Preferences or Settings.
3. Go to Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
4. To delete all cookies, click Clear Data.
5. To delete cookies for a specific site, click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
On Windows:
1.. Click on the Tools (gear-shaped icon) at the top right corner.
2. Go to Safety > Delete browsing history.
3. Select the checkboxes for each data type (e.g., Cookies and website data).
4. Click Delete.
1. Open Safari.
2. Click on Safari in the menu bar.
3. Select Preferences.
4. Go to the Privacy tab.
5. Click Manage Website Data.
6. You’ll see a list of websites with stored data. Click Remove All to clear all cookies or select specific sites and click Remove.
7. Confirm your action by clicking Remove Now.
