Chris joined AEGIS in April 2022 as Vice President, D&O in the Underwriting Division. With 19 years of underwriting and management experience, Chris is a seasoned professional within the Management Liability space. Prior to AEGIS, Chris was a Managing Director of the Central and South regions for The Hartford Financial Services Group, where his responsibilities included team leadership, distribution management, regional reporting and production oversight. Prior to Hartford, Chris held the position of VP – East Team Lead at Navigators Management Company, and at Axis Insurance Company as Vice President where his responsibilities were similar in scope. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College.
Aaron re-joined AEGIS in April 2022 as Senior Assistant Underwriter in the Underwriting Division. Aaron previously worked at AEGIS in 2015 as Assistant Underwriter and left in 2020 for a position as Senior Underwriting Analyst at AIG. Prior to joining AEGIS Services in 2015, Aaron worked at Axis Capital as an Underwriting Technician and AIG/Chartis as an Accounting Executive and Underwriting Assistant. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Wilmington University and holds a CPCU professional designation.
Jeremy joined AEGIS in March 2022 as Senior Underwriter in the Underwriting Division. Prior to AEGIS, Jeremy worked at Louisville Water Company as Director of Risk Management; at Lexmark International Inc. as Global Risk Manager; at The AES Corporation as Manager, Insurance and Risk Management; and at Citizens Energy Group as Insurance Risk Manager. Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, from Tennessee Technological University and holds the following designations: Certified Risk Manager, Associate in Risk Management and Certified Insurance Counselor.
Bob joined AEGIS in April 2022 as Senior Property Loss Control Professional in the Loss Control Division. Prior to AEGIS, Bob worked at Coalsafety, Inc. as President; at American Electric Power Service Corporation as Manager, Environmental Safety & Health and Senior Fire Protection Specialist; and at Indiana Michigan Power as Safety & Protection Leader. Bob is an active member of various National Fire Protection Association Technical Committees and has published many articles on combustible dust and fire protection.
