After carefully assessing the facts about the coronavirus pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the AEGIS 2020 Policyholders’ Conference, which was scheduled to take place in San Diego this July. 

The health and safety of our members, brokers, business partners, employees and families must be the number one priority. Even though the cancellation is a disappointment, it is also a confirmation of the mutual's core value – to care for one another during turbulent times. 

As we navigate the effects of this pandemic together, please be assured that you will receive the same level of service that you always do. AEGIS and AEGIS London staff have been working remotely for almost a month, without missing a beat. We will also continue to remain connected to you through our Underwriting Meetings, Loss Control Webinars, Claims Roundtables and operational updates. 

In the meantime, please save the date for the AEGIS 2021 Policyholders’ Conference, which will be held in Las Vegas from July 19 to July 22 at the Wynn Las Vegas. Our Policyholders’ Conference team is already busy planning another outstanding event, where we will celebrate our collective resiliency and the opportunity to gather as an AEGIS family again.
