About the Presenters
Ashley Donnini is the founder of Lola Link Consulting, LLC, which specializes in helping clients sustain deep transformations across the energy industry. Recent successes include the collaborative development of the Pipeline SMS Industry Team's contractor guidance released November 2022, as well as the April 2023 release of the Contractor PSMS Assessment Tool. Formerly part of NiSource’s executive team, she has led in seven areas of their business, including gas operations, safety & compliance, and technology. Ashley holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and Energy Specialization Certificate from Ohio State University and completed the Executive Leadership program at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
