AEGIS is pleased to announce our final webinar in 2023: The State of Hydrogen Use in the Natural Gas Industry, on December 6 at 2:00 p.m. EST.
As the natural gas industry transitions towards sustainability, hydrogen will play a pivotal role. We invite you to join us to hear about the latest initiatives on the use of hydrogen to support decarbonization efforts in the natural gas industry.
Who Should Attend
Individuals responsible for designing, installing, maintaining and operating natural gas facilities, as well as those focused on sustainability goals and initiatives and risk management in the natural gas industry, would benefit from attending this webinar.
What is Covered
The webinar will review current initiatives to decarbonize the natural gas industry by considering the use of hydrogen to replace and/or supplement natural gas. Participants will receive an overview of efforts being made to better understand the impacts of hydrogen both from a gas operator's perspective as well as from a gas user's perspective. Discussions will center around the feasibility of transporting hydrogen in natural gas pipelines, addressing questions related to material impacts and detection of gas leaks. The session will wrap up with a look at the latest developments and efforts with hydrogen blending and the status of the Hydrogen Hubs.
