The AEGIS 2023 Claims Roundtables will be offered exclusively online via live webinar.
When the utility industry decided that its insurance needs would be better served by a mutual, it created AEGIS in 1975. Our policyholder members represent virtually the entire energy infrastructure in North America. To better serve our members, AEGIS uses its industry-wide experience to create products and services, like the Gas and Electric Litigation Services, with the goal of reducing loss exposure. In this service, litigators recommended by AEGIS work selectively with members and their defense counsel to optimize litigation results and reduce costs. Each attorney has more than 20 years of experience defending our members and, as such, will likely be familiar with any loss scenario, allegation or plaintiffs’ expert a member may encounter. Through the use of case studies, Gas and Electric Litigation Service attorneys will illustrate the assistance they can provide and the value they bring to our members.
