This program will be presented by Lynn Huckabey and Peter Jackson. Lynn, Southern Company’s Manager, Human and Organizational Performance, holds a B.S. in engineering and M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. With over 20 years’ experience in the utility industry, she possesses expertise in managing teams that must constantly adapt to changing field conditions. She currently leads Human Performance efforts for all of Southern Company Gas, covering four local distribution companies impacting and servicing over four million customers. Peter, the Manager of Process Analytics, Performance & Integration at Southern Company Gas, holds a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and has twenty-five years of experience in the energy industry in field and corporate roles that have involved leading continuous improvement in an industry that is change and risk-averse.
