AEGIS Loss Control is pleased to announce its latest webinar, Electric Utility Call Center Safety Talk, August 3, at 2 pm EDT.
Who should attend
Utility employees responsible for call center operations, customer service representative training, call monitoring and quality assurance, and public safety are strongly encouraged to participate in this webinar.
These critical employees are the first line of defense in responding to reports of abnormal conditions, such as a low hanging wire, leaning pole, natural gas odor, or other emergency condition. How these calls are handled can be vital to protecting life and property.

This one-hour training webinar provides an overview of the Electric Utility Call Center Safety Talk, focusing on improving the utility’s emergency call handling procedures and practices. The webinar offers opportunities to learn from AEGIS Loss Control’s collective experience regarding emergency call handling operations from a public safety and risk management perspective.
