We have reserved a block of rooms at the W Atlanta Downtown. AEGIS will cover one night for up to two people from each member company. Additional attendees will receive the negotiated rate of $190 per night.

The deadline for completing registration is Tuesday, January 28.

Information regarding transportation to the hotel is available on The W Atlanta Downtown website.  If you are driving in, please note that AEGIS will only cover the cost of valet parking, not self-parking. Valet parking will be validated at the AEGIS registration table.
