AEGIS is pleased to offer a limited number of seats at the popular Loss Control Fire Protection Training Class, which will be held Tuesday, October 15 through Thursday, October 17, at Oklahoma State University (OSU) in Stillwater, OK.
Registration will open in August.
This three-day training class provides AEGIS member company employees with both classroom and hands-on instruction on the various types of fire protection systems associated with power generation and natural gas midstream operations. In addition to traditional classroom instruction and practical exercises, attendees are encouraged to participate in the hands-on training sessions to gain familiarity with the fire protection/equipment that’s typically used in the power generation and natural gas industry. Casual dress is recommended for the hands-on training sessions.

The registration fee is $500.00 for employees of AEGIS member companies, which includes the cost of the three-day training class, a copy of NFPA 25 (Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems code book), the AEGIS-sponsored group dinner on Tuesday, as well as lunch each day. You will be asked to provide your credit card information during the registration process. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
If you must cancel your registration prior to the class, please cancel no later than September 16, 2019. The class fee, minus an administrative fee of $25.00, will be refunded to your credit card.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Residence Inn by Marriott. The room block is being managed by AEGIS Loss Control. The group rate of $93 plus tax per night includes complimentary wireless access, complimentary hot breakfast and shuttle service between OSU and the hotel.
